1 1/2 c flour
1 T sugar
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 c milk
2 T butter, melted
1/2 t vanilla
2 eggs
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Lightly butter a 6-8 in skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
For each crepe, pour slightly less than 1/4 c batter into the skillet. Immediately rotate pan until a thin layer of batter covers the bottom. Cook until light brown. Run a wide spatula around the edges to loosen. Turn and cook other side until light brown.
