Wisk together:
2 1/2 c flour
2 t salt
1/4 c softened butter
2 T yeast
Then add 2 c hot water and 1 egg. Mix
Add 3/4 c flour. Mix 2 minutes.
Add 2 1/2 c flour. Mix for 10 minutes, kneading.
Lest dough rise and double.
Divide dough into 2 pieces. With each, flatten like a pizza dough and slice with a pizza cutter into wedges. Roll up the crescent rolls and place on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and let raise about 20 minutes.
Bake at 420* for about 8 minutes.
