Crust:
3 c chocolate graham crackers, animal cookies, ect
1/3 c powdered sugar
2 t softened butter
1/3 c heavy cream
Crush the crackers and mix with the powdered sugar. Work the butter in with the crumbs. Then gradually mix in the cream just until the crust sticks together and balls up. Press into a pie plate and chill.
Filling:
1 c heavy cream
3/4 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c chocolate chips
In one bowl, whip the cream gradually adding the sugar until there are soft peaks and set aside. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips at 30 second increments stirring in between if necessary. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the chocolate to the cream cheese. After it is all incorporated, fold in the whipped cream. Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for an least an hour to set.
