2 lbs potatoes
2 c peas
2 T chopped onion
2 T butter
2 T flour
1-1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 c milk

Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces. Boil. Just before they are done, add the peas for a few more minutes. Drain.
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour over potatoes and peas and stir to coat.
