24 oz mushrooms (3 small packs)
1/3 pound sausage
1/2 onion, finely diced
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c parmesan cheese
dash of salt and pepper
Wash mushrooms in cold water. Pat dry with paper towels. Pop out and finely chop stems. Brown sausage on the stove with mushroom stems, onion, and garlic crumbling finely. Put in a bowl to slightly cool. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl mixing well. Smear cheese mixture into the cavity of each mushroom, creating
a sizable mound over the top. Place mushrooms on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden
brown. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving for a better taste.
