Clear-the-Fridge Stew

Chop up any or all of the following:
onions
peppers
tomatoes
squash
zuchinni
potatoes
cabbage
carrots

Cook up about 1 lb of meat of choice (ground beef or our fav--slices of smoked sausage) in a big pot.
Put in all the veggies.

Add:
1 can tomato soup
water to cover the veggies
1-2 chicken bullion cubes
any other spices (dash chili powder)

Let simmer until all veggies are tender.
