Frozen Lemon Dessert

4 c sugar
juice and rind of 4 lemons
1/2 c water
8 eggs, beaten

Cook in double broiler until thick. Let cool.

Whip 2 c heavy cream. Fold into lemon mixture.

Crush 1-2 sleeves Graham crackers. Put half into bottom of 9x13 pan.  Pour in lemon filing and cover with remaining crumbs. Freeze overnight.
