Cupcakes
1 box chocolate cake mix (Devil's Food)
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 c milk or buttermilk
1/2 c plain greek yogurt or sour cream
2 t vanilla extract
Whip together until light and fluffy. Bake at 350* for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Chocolate Cake Mix "Ice Cream"
Prepare as above leaving out the eggs. Beat well. Transfer to a storage container and freeze.
