Best Ever Buttermilk Pancakes

1 stick butter, melted but not hot
1 c milk
1 c buttermilk
4 eggs
2 T oil
1 t vanilla
2 c flour
2 heaping T baking powder
2 heaping T sugar
2 t salt

Whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
In a small bowl combine the dry ingredients.
Whisk the dry mix into the wet mixture until just combined.
Let the batter sit as a greased skillet warms up to medium heat.
Drop 1/4 c batter at a time and let cook until bubbles form and pop, then flip carefully and cook the other side.
