Caramel


4 Cups Sugar                          ½ tsp Salt
2 Cups Karo Syrup                1 TBSP Vanilla
1 Can Canned Milk               4 Cups Whipping Cream

In a pan mix sugar, 2 cups cream, salt, and Karo.
Bring to a boil, let boil down a little, add 1 cup cream, let it boil down, add 1 cup cream, let boil down, add canned milk.
Let cook to 232°
Pull off and add vanilla 

Uses: Cover squares in melted chocolate.
Cover pretzels.
