1 c warm water
1 T yeast
1 T sugar
1 t salt
3 c flour
3/4 lb thinly sliced deli ham
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, grated
4 T butter, melted
2 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350*.
Make the dough by combining the water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for a few minutes. Add the salt and flour, stirring or kneading for the dough to form. Roll into approximately a 13×18-inch rectangle. Top with ham slices and cheese. Roll up tightly from one longer side to the other, pinching the seam together. Cut into 12 slices, approximately 1-inch wide. Place into a sprayed 9×13-inch baking dish.
Next combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and mustard. Pour the sauce evenly over the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 25 minutes until golden and browned.
