In a stand mixer:
2 1/2 c warm water
2 T yeast
After a few minutes add:
1/2 c butter, melted
2 t salt
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
7 c flour
Knead 10 minutes
Put a few T oil in a bowl, transfer dough, turning to coat.
Cover, let double 45 min.
On a standard cookie sheet, form 40 dough balls. 5x8
Let rise until doubled, 30 min.
Bake 350* 22-25 min.
