Ingredients:
1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c cocoa powder
1 3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2/3 c butter, softened
1 16oz container sour cream
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
Stir together dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350*. Cool before frosting.
Frosting:
2 3/4 c confectioners' sugar
6 T cocoa powder
6 T butter, softened
5 T sweetened condensed milk, cream, or milk
1 t vanilla extract
