Mexican Wedding Cakes

Preheat oven to 400*
Mix in this order:
1 c butter, softened
1 t vanilla
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 t salt
2 1/4 c flour
3/4 c pecans, chopped

Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. bake until set but not brown 8-9  minutes. Wait until cool then roll in powdered sugar.

Yeild 4 dozen
