Use the Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe but press into two greased 9" glass pie plates. Bake apprx. 20 minutes. It needs to be mostly cooked through but with the center still a little gooey. Let cool.
Right before serving, microwave cookie for 1-2 minutes.
Then top with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate, and caramel sauces.
