No Bakes (Hailey's)

Boil:
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter
3 T cocoa
pinch of salt
Remove from heat and mix in:
3 c quick oats
1 t vanilla

Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool.
