1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c flour
1/3 c sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400*. Put butter in a 9-inch glass pie plate. Place in oven for 5 mins, or until butter melts and bubbles. While butter is melting, put the rest of ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Remove pie plate from oven. Adjust oven temperature to 450*. Immediately pour batter into pie plate and return it to oven. Bake 20 mins. Then reduce temperature to 350* and bake for 8-10 more mins or until edges are puffed and brown.
