Pear Coffee Cake

Beat together-
¾ cup honey
1 cube butter softened
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Add-
3 ½ cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt

Add-
2 cups sour cream
4 cups chopped pears

Pour into large 13 x 9 x 2 pan

Top with Streusel-
1/3 cup honey
4 T flour
1 tsp cinnamon
4 T butter

Bake for 45-50 minutes in 350 oven.  Glaze with powdered sugar, milk and vanilla mixture when cooled slightly.
