Easy Fudge

1 lb. (3 ¾ cups) powdered sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
½ cup butter
¼ cup milk
1 tsp extract (vanilla, orange, or mint)

Butter 8 inch square glass pan.  Melt butter with milk.  Stir in extract, sugar and cocoa.  Pour into pan.  Chill 1 hour.  Cut into squares.
