1 c whole wheat flour
1 c quick cooking rolled oats
1/3 c honey
¼ t baking soda
½ c butter
Raspberry filling: 2 c raspberries
½ c apple-rasp juice conc.
thicken with cornstarch
In a bowl, combine flour, oats, honey, and baking soda. Cit in butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Spread with filling. Cover with remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350* for 30-35 mins or till golden.
