Pizza

BASIC PIZZA DOUGH
1 c warm water
1 t yeast
1 t sugar
2 T olive oil
3 c flour
2 t salt

Let the water, yeast and sugar begin to activate. Mix the remaining ingredients or knead until a ball forms. Grease the dough with olive oil, place in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap or a cloth. Let rise 1-2 hours or until double in size.
Using golf ball sized balls of dough, roll out thinly and cook on a frying pan one at a time. Once the bottom is browned, flip over, top and cover with a lid until done.

PIZZA SAUCE
6 oz tomato paste
6 oz water (can filled once, filled twice for spaghetti sauce)
1/2 t salt
1 t brown sugar
1/2 t basil
1/4 t oregano
garlic powder
onion powder
pinch of pepper

THICK CRUST
Heat oven 425 degrees

2 c warm water (not hot)
2 T Honey
2 T yeast

Let that sit while prepping some of the toppings.
Then add:
1T oil
3-5 c flour
1 t salt

Kneed that and let it rise for 5-10 minutes.

Roll it out on a pizza dish.
If you want a stuffed crust, put mozzerella sticks around the edge. (5 split in half on a 9x13 pan.) 

Throw it in the oven 5-10 minutes, pull it out put toppings on and put it in for another 10 minutes.

FOR THIN CRUST
1 c warm water
1 T yeast
1 T sugar

Combine and let sit a few minutes.
Add:
1 t salt
2-3 c flour

Knead and roll out. Add toppings.
Bake at*425 for 15 minutes.

TOPPING IDEAS
BBQ- chicken, pineapple, purple onion with some mozzarella cheese
ALFRADO- chicken, bacon, onion, tomato, artichoke hearts, with a white cheese
RANCH- ranch dressing, mozzarella, pepperoni
CLASSIC- pepperoni, ham, olives, mozzarella cheese
BREAKFAST- whipped up eggs, with sausage, italian seasoning, cheddar cheese (make sure crust is thinner for this dish)
