Cook up one package of pasta. Any will work, but I usually use colored spirals or bowtie.
With a few minutes left of cook time, throw in a handful or more of bite-size broccoli flourettes.
Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
Mix in 1/4-1/2 bottle of a good Italian Salad dressing. My favorite is Wishbone brand.
Add whatever else you like! I usually use a couple tomatoes, sliced olives, cubed cheese, and pieces of pepperoni.
