Tracy's Fudge

1 1/2 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
2 T butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 c mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
  nuts (opt.)

Grease a 8x8 pan. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add sugar, milk, and salt. Boil over medium heat for 4-5 mins. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, then marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir well. Pour in pan and chill.

For a Penoche flavor, use brown sugar and white chocolate chips.
