abt 15 tomatillos (husks removed)
1/4 med onion (sliced into wedges)
1 lime (juice and zest)
2 T sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the tomatillos in half and place cut side down into and the wedged onion in a baking pan . Broil until the tomatillos are blackened all over (Appr. 3 min.) Place everything in the food processor and puree.
For a simple enchilada, use a corn tortilla, shredded chicken, green sauce, and cheese.
