2 packages Chicken flavored Top Ramen
1 large chicken breast, cubed
2 carrots
1/4 head cabbage
oil
Chop the carrots and cabbage into thin slices or bite size pieces and set aside. Break up the Ramen Noodles and soak in a bowl of very hot water. In a large skillet, heat a few tablespoons of oil. Add in the chicken and season with both Ramen seasoning packets. When the chicken is done, add the drained and softened noodles to the skillet. If necessary, drizzle in more oil to fry the noodles. After a few minutes, add the vegetables. Stir-fry until the carrots are softened.
Serves 2-3
