2 1/2 c uncooked shell macaroni
1/3 c sugar
2 T cider vinegar
2 T oil
1 t salt
1 c mayo
2 c cooked chicken, shredded
1 15 or 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 t very finely chopped onion
3/4 c cashews
1 c red seedless grapes, halved
1 c celery, sliced thin
1 c apple, chopped
Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, and mayo to form the dressing. Mix all remaining ingredients together with the dressing.
