4 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
2/3 c water
3 c sugar
3 1/2 c flour
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t ground nutmeg
1/2 t ground cloves
1/4 t ginger
1 bag chocolate chips
Grease and flour three 7×3 inch loaf pans, or two over-sized loaf pans.
Mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients and the pumpkin mixture and stir until just blended. Mix in the chocolate chips
Pour into the prepared pans.
Bake for about 50 minutes at 350* or until a toothpick comes out clean.
