Cornbread

2 eggs
1 C milk
1/4 c oil or melted butter
1 c flour
3/4 c cornmeal
2-3 T sugar
2 1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t salt

Mix the wet ingredients. Stir in the dry until just combined.

Preheat oven to 400*. Melt 1 T butter in a 9" pie or square baking pan. Swirl to coat, then pour in batter.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
