Toss peeled and sliced apples (about 7 small tree apples, less depending on size) with
1 T flour.
Add and mix with:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c cream
2 T vanilla
dash of cinnamon
Put filling into an unbaked piecrust.
Top with a streusel:
7 T butter softened
3/4 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
dash salt
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375* for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15-20 more minutes.
