Tandoori Chicken


In a crockpot mix together:
1- 14.5 oz full-fat coconut milk
2 T garam masala
1 T garlic powder
1 T chili powder
1 T ground cumin
2 t salt
2 t turmeric
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 t cayenne pepper
Add: 2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Cook on low 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and add back to crockpot. Serve over rice.
