32 oz. bag of hash browns, or fresh diced potatoes
14 oz. kielbasa sausage cut into small pieces
1 chopped peppers and onions, frozen
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk or sour cream
1 tsp Old Bay
salt and pepper to taste
Grease a slow cooker. Place in the potatoes, sausage, cheese,
onions and peppers.
Combine the soup and milk and pour over mixture. Add
seasonings.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours until the potatoes
have cooked through.
