8 T unsalted butter
4 t cocoa
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c flour
Preheat oven to 325*. Grease muffin tin and dust with cocoa (4).
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
Wish the eggs and sugar together. Add the cooled chocolate. Gently fold in the flour.
Bake for 12 minutes. Turn out and serve immediately.
